MOMENTUM is an 8-week Cardio Acceleration Program.

There are 4-Training Sessions per week: 2 Upper Body, 2 Lower Body -plus an optional fifth conditioning session.

Each training session is no longer than 30 to 40 minutes and includes weight training and cardio intervals designed specifically to burn fat and build a strong physique.

Each optional conditioning session lasts 20 to 30 minutes and are NOT centered around cardio machines.
